At the heart of the experience is the artistry of Japanese Wagyu, including rare, single-origin Bushu Wagyu, known as “Samurai Beef.” Raised at Hasegawa Farm in Japan’s Saitama Prefecture by three generations of the Hasegawa family, this award-winning beef is produced in limited quantities and celebrated for its exquisite marbling, rich flavor, and meticulous craftsmanship.🥩
