Each year, State 38 Distilling releases a one-of-a-kind Winter Whiskey, crafted to capture the season in a bottle. This year’s release is something special—a Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in an orange Cognac barrel.

We’re opening our doors and inviting a select group of whiskey lovers behind the scenes for an exclusive first taste of our 2026 Winter Whiskey. This intimate experience offers the rare opportunity to sample our newest release before it becomes available to the public, learn more about the whiskey and its unique barrel finish, and personally bottle it by hand.

Join us on Friday, November 27, from 5:30–7:00 PM for this special sneak peek. With just 20 tickets available, you'll have the opportunity to be among the first to taste this year's Winter Whiskey and even secure a bottle to take home before its official release.

Tickets are $65, and space is extremely limited.

• Personally bottle your own 2026 Winter Whiskey—fill, cork, seal, and label your bottle by hand
• Behind-the-scenes distillery tour + Q&A with the distiller
• Early access: have the option to purchase a 2026 Winter Whiskey bottle that night (before release!)—including the option to buy the bottle you personally bottled for $89
