Join us from anywhere on Tuesday, November 10th as GreatPlate inventor Rick Kellow shares how he got his product onto Walmart shelves!
Join us from anywhere on Tuesday, November 10th as we hear how one inventor took a pencil sketch all the way to the shelves of Walmart. Doors open for networking at 6:30 PM Eastern, and the program begins at 7:00 PM.
We'll hear from Rick Kellow, inventor, entrepreneur and owner of GreatPlate, a family-owned, American-made company built around solving one surprisingly universal problem: the food-and-drink juggle struggle.
The idea began at home, where Rick and his wife, Beth, watched a basement full of teenagers attempt to manage chips, dips, drinks, and video game controllers. Rather than blame the mess on the people making it, Rick saw a problem with the plate itself. He grabbed a pencil and started sketching.
Those early sketches eventually became prototypes, patents and GreatPlate. Since then, Rick has taken the brand from a simple idea to national television, major retail placements and millions of products sold, all while continuing to develop new ways to rethink a product most people assumed didn't need rethinking. Today, Rick remains hands-on in the business, helping lead GreatPlate's continued growth and product innovation.
You're not going to want to miss this inside look at what it really takes to get your product onto the shelves of the world's largest retailer!
Find out just what it takes to take your idea and turn it into a successful product or business.
