Dear Self is an intimate journaling and creative experience at DEVERENT Studio in Shanghai.

Through thoughtfully designed journal prompts, art, collage, and meaningful conversations over wine, we invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the memories and emotions that have shaped who you are today.

This November, we're hosting two different Inner Child experiences. Each session explores a unique theme, so you're welcome to join one or both.

01 — THE PERSON I USED TO BE

Before life changed me.

Who were you before you started worrying about what other people thought?

Through journaling and creative self-portraits, we'll revisit the personalities, memories, and little versions of ourselves we may have forgotten.

An afternoon of rediscovering who you were and how you've changed.

02 — THE THINGS WE NEVER SAID

Some feelings never found their words.

Growing up, there were things we wished someone had understood, feelings we struggled to express, and words we never got to say.

Through gentle journaling, personal letters, and creative expression, we'll explore those unspoken moments and reconnect with our younger selves.

A thoughtful afternoon of reflection, expression, and connection.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Guided journaling with thoughtfully designed prompts

• A beautifully designed personal journal to take home
• A small, welcoming, and intimate group

No writing or artistic experience is necessary. There's no pressure to share anything personal. Simply come as you are and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
