LOVNG ROOM at OBA Postjesweg - Thara & Walter Rootsie

LOVNG ROOM at OBA Postjesweg on Saturday 31 October. A quiet library room, close to the music. Doors 19:00, music from 19:30.

The night opens with an open stage: short sets from the floor, so there is room for a few more voices before the main sets.

Thara is a South African singer-songwriter based in the Netherlands, writing pop-folk songs about love, change, longing and faith - personal songs that aim to feel familiar to whoever is listening.

Walter Rootsie closes the night: an Amsterdam singer-songwriter who has played stages across the Netherlands, Spain and Finland, with four albums to his name and a set that moves between country, folk, blues and roots, with stories between the songs.

Running order: 19:00 doors, 19:30 open stage, 20:10 Thara, 20:50 Walter Rootsie, 21:20 close.

Please note: the room is a library, so there is no bar. Tea only.
