We're welcoming local cheesemaker Marc Mauer, who will guide you through the art of making fresh burrata from scratch.

You'll learn how to work with fresh curd, stretch and shape mozzarella, and fill it with that irresistible, creamy stracciatella.

And the best part? You'll make your very own burrata!

No experience needed, just curiosity, a love for good food, and a willingness to get your hands a little cheesy.

Then, Let Chef Daniel Work His Magic!

Once we've mastered the art of burrata, it's time to sit back, relax, and let Chef Daniel Pazos take over the kitchen.

As always, Chef Daniel has prepared a beautiful three-course dining experience, bringing together seasonal ingredients, Italian inspiration, and his signature creative touch.

And who knows? There might even be a little surprise course along the way… but we'll let the chef keep a few secrets!
