The last free event before RunSummit 2.0 is RunSummit Talks 4.0, with two topics closely related to running: NUTRITION and HIKING.
Adrian Humă – "Nutrition for runners" Adrian lives two lives. In one, he is Sector Head for the automotive industry at ING: suits, numbers, serious decisions. The other started from simple curiosity about nutrition, with no degree and no clear path at first. Just reading, testing, failing and trying again, until he went on to train in Barcelona alongside people who do this professionally. His path isn't perfect; it was built piece by piece, out of passion and a lot of curiosity.
Sorin Chineață – "On the trails of the Himalayas and Tanzania" Sorin is a content creator and hiker. He'll tell us about his recent expedition to Tanzania and the Himalayas, how to make the most of the beautiful things in places like these, and how to show and share them with your followers. On October 28, both come to RunSummit Talks to share what they know best: hiking and nutrition.
