Pasta Making Class

Join us for a hands-on private pasta-making experience where you’ll learn the fundamentals of making fresh pasta from scratch and then enjoy the pasta you create.

What You’ll Learn

We’ll begin by introducing the basic ingredients used to make fresh pasta dough and explaining the role each ingredient plays. Our instructor will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and developing the dough to achieve the proper texture.

From there, you’ll learn how to:

● Prepare and work with fresh pasta dough

● Roll the dough to the proper thickness

● Form and shape different types of pasta

● Cut and portion your pasta

● Properly cook fresh pasta

● Understand cooking times and techniques for achieving the ideal texture

● Pair pasta with different ingredients and sauces

Your Hands-On Pasta Experience

This is an interactive class, so you’ll be doing more than simply watching a demonstration. After learning the basic techniques, you’ll have the opportunity to make your own pasta and take it through the entire process, from dough to the finished dish.

Once your pasta is prepared, you’ll select from a variety of ingredients and sauces to create your own pasta course. Our team will guide you through the cooking process and help you bring your dish together.

The class is designed to be relaxed, approachable, and enjoyable for all experience levels. Whether you have made pasta before or are completely new to working with fresh dough, you’ll be guided through each step. By the end of the experience, you’ll have learned the fundamentals of fresh pasta making, prepared your own pasta by hand, cooked it yourself, and enjoyed the finished dish.
