As part of Schnitz Ale Brewery's 5th Anniversary Celebration, we're inviting you to step outside the ordinary and join us for a one-of-a-kind dining experience inspired by the legendary Anthony Bourdain and his passion for exploring the world through food, culture, and adventure.

On Thursday, November 5th at 6:30 PM, join us inside the Brewhaus at our Strongsville Production Facility for an exclusive five-course dinner featuring bold flavors, global inspiration, and expertly paired award-winning Schnitz Ale craft beers.

Our culinary journey will take you through five incredible courses inspired by bold flavors, European traditions, and international cuisine!

🥂 Welcome Caipirinha (Bourdain's Favorite) & Chef's Welcome Bite – A little something special to kick off the evening!
🦪 Course 1: Mussels with White Wine–Lemon Beurre Blanc – Tender mussels complemented by a rich, buttery French-inspired sauce with bright citrus notes.
🥣 Course 2: Ciorbă de Burtă – A traditional Romanian tripe soup, rich in flavor and rooted in Eastern European culinary heritage.
🍅 Course 3: Caprese Salad with Basil Oil & Pesto – A refreshing Italian classic featuring vibrant Mediterranean flavors.
🍖 Course 4: Grilled Frenched Pork Chop with Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus – A beautifully prepared, hearty main course highlighting classic European-inspired cooking.
🍊 Course 5: Walnut & Orange Crêpe with Serbian Brandy-Soaked Raisins – A sweet and indulgent finish featuring warm, nutty flavors and a distinctive Balkan twist.
