We’re excited to announce a special fall series of OMM classes in partnership with Grove Bay Hospitality, hosted at Bayshore Club and Glass & Vine in Coconut Grove!

From September 20 through November 21, join us for a series of movement experiences designed to connect, restore, and energize our community. Each class will feature a different movement modality, giving you the opportunity to experience the variety of practices and styles OMM has to offer.
