🗣️ Piece of Cake: Slicing Multi-Account IaC for Clean Deploys

Abstract: I moved from managing isolated modules in small teams to deploying infrastructure across multi-account, multi-org environments. If someone had told me early on how crucial it is to slice that infra code properly, I would have saved myself days of refactoring code, untangling monolithic state files, and begging teammates not to step on my deployments.

In this talk, I’ll share my real-world experience building SaaS infrastructure from scratch, the mistakes that left architectural crumbs everywhere, and the vertical slicing strategy that got us to (mostly) frictionless infrastructure development.

🗣️From n8n to Genkit: Building a Production-Ready AI Agent

Speaker: Kilian Ries, Head of IT and Cloud Infrastructure at OpusDNS

Abstract: Our AI Concierge started as an n8n proof of concept and now runs in production on Google Genkit across several of our own Go services.
​What changed along the way? This talk looks at the engineering journey from low-code prototype to production AI agent: designing the tool layer, grounding responses with RAG and OpenSearch, safely handling irreversible actions, and testing agent behavior so that prompt changes become reviewable changes.
​With real code, our actual tech stack, and the mistakes we made along the way.

Moderation: Felix Meyer, Chapter Lead | Operations Engineering at CLOUDETEER. With a Lean/TPS background, Felix builds GPU-accelerated AI platforms and sovereign cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes, and he knows what manufacturing got right that software teams still get wrong.
