Join Milan Girls Collective for a Pilates session at Beyond, an international studio in Milan, followed by a visit to a nearby café for matcha and a chance to get to know the girls in the community.

Whether you're a Pilates regular or simply looking to try something new, this is a lovely opportunity to move your body, meet new people and enjoy a little wellness moment together.

What to expect 🧘‍♀️

Get ready for a full-body, low-impact flow inspired by the Pilates method. Move to upbeat music while working on your strength, toning and posture, with a focus on legs, glutes, abs and arms, plus targeted stretches to improve mobility.

The class may incorporate resistance bands, Pilates balls, rings or light weights. No need to worry about having it all figured out — just come ready to move and have fun!

After class, we'll head to a nearby café to enjoy matcha together and continue getting to know each other. 💚

Refund & cancellation policy

Please note that each event is thoughtfully prepared with care, so all reservations are considered final. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the event.

In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or the minimum number of participants is not met, all payments will be fully refunded.
