It’s Hella Late! is a DIY late-night talk show made in and for the Bay Area. Think Conan meets Wayne’s World meets Pee-wee’s Playhouse, with a San Francisco heart. Hosted by Chantski with Brad, it’s a love letter to the music, art, food and unforgettable characters that make this place buzz.

Come be the live studio audience. Laugh loud, cheer louder, and be part of the show.

Our Guests for November 12:

Guillermo Gómez-Peña
Performance artist, MacArthur Fellow and artistic director of La Pocha Nostra. For five decades he has turned the US/Mexico border into satire, ritual and spectacle, including the time he lived in a cage at the Whitney Biennial to make a point.

Jamie DeWolf
Vaudevillain and ringmaster of The Ruckus Revival (formerly Tourettes Without Regrets), Oakland’s longest-running underground variety show, and part of the clown cabaret Fou Fou Ha! He’s also a national slam poetry champion and HBO Def Poetry Jam alum. Bring your sense of humor and leave your sense of decency at the door.

Kudeki
Techno producer and DJ, and co-founder of Endzeit, the all-night underground techno series that started in secret Oakland warehouses and now throws parties in Detroit, Berlin, Paris and Rome. She’s a classically trained cellist who found her calling on the dance floor.
