Screening + Q&A: Harvey Wang: The Last New Yorker

Join us for a screening of Harvey Wang’s The Last New Yorker, presented in conjunction with WANG’S WORLD: Photographs and Films of Harvey Wang.

The film follows lifelong friends, and native New Yorkers, Lenny, played by Dominic Chianese (The Sopranos), and Ruben, played by Tony Award winner Dick Latessa. Now in their 70s, the two reflect on what has become of the Manhattan they once knew.

When a scheme leaves Lenny in over his head, he begins searching for what has always eluded him: true love. Finding it, however, may require him to leave the only city he has ever called home.

Directed by acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Harvey Wang, The Last New Yorker is a heartfelt ode to friendship, love and a changing New York City.
