Delontea × The Volume of Your Heart × Zeus Salas
An afternoon dedicated to slowing down, paying attention, and discovering what happens when we allow the noise of the outside world to fall away for a while.
Within Venezuelan painter Zeus Salas's Gold Cages exhibition, a tea ceremony presented with Delontea meets the meditation practice of the artist.
The tea ceremony will be followed by a guided workshop by The Volume of Your Heart, Zeus's meditation school, inviting participants to turn inward, practise presence and observe their own inner spaces.
Surrounded by the paintings, the questions at the heart of Gold Cages become more than something to look at: what boundaries do we build around ourselves, what do we hold on to, and what does it mean to feel truly free?
