First Course: Small Batch Single Barret Cut paired with marinated fennel and arugula salad with pomegranate vinaigrette, goat cheese and spiced pistachios.
Second Course: Double Barrel Cut paired with a pizza rosette. Cowabunga Dude!
Third Course: Small Batch Black Label paired with a pork ribeye with pomegranate molasses, mashed parsnips and roasted sweet potatoes.
Dessert: Amburana Barrel Finished paired with snickerdoodle white chocolate cake.
