⏳ What if you could meet yourself at different points in your life?

💭 How would it feel to meet a younger version of yourself? To offer them something they needed? Or to hear a message from the person you may become?

🌱 In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore our personal stories through imagination, self-created objects, and encounters with other people. We’ll reflect on how our past has shaped who we are, and what we want to carry forward into the future.

💡 You may leave with a new perspective on a defining moment in your life. Perhaps you’ll gain a clearer sense of what matters to you now. Or you might find guidance for your next steps — from yourself.

🤝 Working in pairs, we’ll create space for genuine connection. We’ll practice expressing what matters to us, as well as listening deeply to others.

🌻No special knowledge or preparation needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a little curiosity.

🎤HOST: ZSÓFI ZIMÁNYI
Zsófi is a translator turned mentor. In both jobs, she’s interested in what helps us understand each other. But she thinks it starts with understanding ourselves. Knowing our values, patterns and triggers makes it easier to communicate honestly and kindly, without becoming a pushover.

Outside of work, she really enjoys tabletop role-playing games. Yes, playing pretend to be elves or whatnot, and solving mysteries and battling monsters.

🐉 At home, she has her husband and dog for company, and she feels lucky to have all that love in her life.
