THE LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGE
Presence. Influence. Performance.
Thursday, 19 November 2026 | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Nairobi, Kenya
The Leadership Advantage is an immersive executive masterclass designed for CEOs, C-suite executives, Business Leaders, and Heads of Department who want to elevate their presence, strengthen their influence, and lead with greater impact.
This is not another lecture-based leadership programme. It is a practical, highly interactive experience where you will practise new behaviours, receive real-time feedback, and work with experienced coaches to translate insight into action.
Whether you are presenting to the board, leading a critical conversation, articulating a strategic vision, or developing your next generation of leaders, the way you show up matters.
Spend a day strengthening the leadership skills that shape how you are heard, how you influence, and how your people perform.
What You'll Experience
1. Executive Presence: Lead with Gravitas and Influence
Develop the confidence, composure, and credibility to command attention without demanding it. Practise communicating with clarity and authority, managing how you show up under pressure, and ensuring your ideas receive the attention they deserve.
2. Audience Engagement: Make Every Message Matter
Learn to read your audience, adapt your delivery, and hold attention. Strengthen your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, present with conviction, and move people from understanding to action.
3. Executive Storytelling: Turn Ideas into Influence
Great leaders do more than share information; they make ideas meaningful. Learn to structure compelling stories, connect with audiences, simplify complex messages, and communicate a vision that builds trust, inspires belief, and motivates action.
4. Coaching as a Leadership Practice: Develop People Who Deliver
Move beyond solving every problem yourself. Learn when to coach, direct, advise, or collaborate. Practise active listening, ask more powerful questions, and apply the GROW framework to strengthen accountability, ownership, and individual performance.
