CI already knows why your test fails
Flaky tests are inevitable, everyone has them. Test maintenance is exhausting work and a blind spot in most testing talks. I spent years chasing a mysterious flaky tests in the Browser library, then realized: How I could make LLM read our logs and could it find something that humans could not. This talk is about that discovery, what I learned about AI cognition vs. human cognition, and when AI is actually useful for test maintenance. Spoiler: it's not complexity—it's having the right data.
