MUST DIE! is the alias of Houston-born producer and DJ Lee Bates, a bass music veteran active since 2012 and a long-running staple of the Never Say Die roster. Known for his bombastic, elaborately designed dubstep and electro-house — pulling in trance, drum'n'bass, and hardcore — he broke through with "VIPs," his collaboration with Skrillex on OWSLA, and has since released the albums Death & Magic, CRISIS VISION, and FERAL FANTASY, plus his most personal record yet, 2024's VAMPIRE WEAPON: MIDNIGHT.
