Trinity Farmers Market -- Homecoming 2026

Join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026 (10:30 AM - 2:30 PM) at Trinity AME Zion Church, 3505 16th Street NW, Washington, DC for a community-centered farmers market celebrating Homecoming 2026.

Located in the heart of DC's vibrant and historic Ward 1, Trinity is situated within Single Member District 1D, home to more than 80,000+ residents. This highly walkable neighborhood features strong pedestrian activity, thriving local businesses, and a diverse customer base, creating an excellent opportunity for vendors to connect with the community.

Vendor Opportunities

• 10' x 10' Spaces (Limited) - Located in the Oak Street Lot
• 20' x 20' Spaces (Limited) - Located in the Oak Street Lot
• Half-Lot Activation Space (1 Available) - Located in the Meridian Street East Parking Lot

We're seeking local vendors offering fresh produce, prepared foods, baked goods, flowers, beverages, artisan products, and other community-focused goods.

Vendor Information

• Vendor setup begins at 8:30 AM.
• One complimentary parking space per vendor is available in the Meridian Street West Parking Lot between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM, with priority given to registered vendors. Availability is limited to one space per vendor.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and proof of liability insurance.
• Vendor fees support Trinity AME Zion Church's operations and community outreach programs. As Trinity is a nonprofit organization, vendors may wish to consult their tax professional regarding potential charitable deduction eligibility.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Trinity Farmers Market, vendors acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Trinity AME Zion Church is providing event space only and does not guarantee attendance, customer traffic, sales, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Vendors participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for the operation of their business, products, services, employees, equipment, and property.
• Vendors must maintain all required business licenses, permits, certifications, and liability insurance necessary to legally sell or distribute their goods and services.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any other equipment needed for participation.
• Trinity AME Zion Church, its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, business interruption, or other claims arising from participation in the event.
• Submission of payment and registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and serves as the vendor's agreement to release and hold harmless Trinity AME Zion Church from claims related to the vendor's participation in the market, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
