The Wellness Attunement Lab: Monthly Live Nervous System Lab on Zoom
A monthly 90-minute live nervous system regulation and somatic practice lab on Zoom for up to 30 people, with a 7-day replay.
The Wellness Attunement Lab is a monthly 90-minute live gathering on Zoom for nervous system regulation and somatic practice, open to 30 people. Each lab moves through five phases: arrival with a check-in on your current state, a short teaching drawn from applied Polyvagal Theory, a practice lab of three to five somatic practices, integration of what helped and what changed, and small-group breakouts for co-regulation.
The labs follow a year-long arc in four parts, each anchored by one question: What is happening inside of me? What does my nervous system need? What belongs to me? What helps me return to myself? Each lab stands on its own and builds on the part of the year in progress, so you can join at any month and continue as the practice deepens over time.
2027 dates for the first part of the year: Sunday, January 24, Sunday, February 28, and Sunday, March 28, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm Arizona time. In January and February that is 10:30 am Pacific, 12:30 pm Central, and 1:30 pm Eastern. On March 28 it is 11:30 am Pacific, 1:30 pm Central, and 2:30 pm Eastern. The founding price of $15 applies to January through March, and the standard price of $25 begins in April.
Your Zoom link is shared on the online event page and in your confirmation email. Choose a quiet space with room to stand, move, and lie on the floor, and wear comfortable clothing. The guided teaching and practice are recorded and available for 7 days, and small-group breakouts are never recorded. No experience with meditation or somatic work is needed, and you are free to pause, opt out, or adapt any practice to what your body wants. The lab offers non-clinical somatic education in a group format and complements any therapy or clinical care you already receive.
