Great pour-over coffee starts with understanding the details. Join Black Arrows Coffee in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood for a welcoming, hands-on, 90-minute workshop focused on the art and science of manual brewing.

Discover how grind size, water temperature, blooming, and pouring technique work together to shape your cup. Whether you’re brewing with a V60, Chemex, Origami, or another manual brewer, you’ll learn how to adjust your technique for cleaner, more balanced, flavorful coffee. Through guided practice and tasting, you’ll build the skills and confidence to brew better coffee at home, one cup at a time.
