Broadway Upzoning Celebration with Ald. Martin & Ald. Manaa-Hoppenworth!

The Broadway Corridor upzoning is officially across the finish line, and it is time to celebrate a massive win for housing abundance, transit-oriented development, and a more vibrant North Side.
Join Neighbors of Edgewater & Uptown (NEU) and the Chicago Growth Project (CGP) at Dovetail Brewery on Wednesday, November 11, at 6:00 PM to raise a glass to the neighbors, advocates, and local leaders who made this milestone possible.
After months of public meetings, zoning committee testimony, and grassroots organizing, the Broadway plan sets a new standard for how Chicago builds welcoming, walkable, and transit-connected neighborhoods. Whether you submitted a witness slip, testified at City Hall, knocked on doors, or simply want to see more homes built near the Red Line, this night is for you.

• 7:15 PM onwards – Craft lagers, good conversation, and looking ahead to our next pro-housing initiatives
