We're bringing back our sake + food pairing for a special holiday edition, and we're making this last one of the year extra fun.
Join us Tuesday, November 17th, as Phil from Tiger Bay Café serves up a four-course menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a sake from Ben's American Sake.
Patrick, our Toji, sake brewer, will guide you through the pairings, sharing the flavors, stories, and inspiration behind each pour. Plus, expect a few extra tastes of new and seasonal sake creations to celebrate the holidays!
