Winter Unwind: Restorative Yoga & Facial Cupping Workshop
Discover deep relaxation with restorative yoga, facial cupping and guided self-massage in a welcoming Glasgow studio.
Winter Unwind
Restorative Yoga, Facial Cupping & Self-Massage
An afternoon to soften, slow down and reconnect.
As the days grow shorter and the pace of life continues around us, autumn invites us to slow down, turn inwards and make space for rest.
Join Andra of Andra Sanctuary and Anny of Glasgow Holistic Massage for an intimate two-hour wellbeing workshop at the beautiful Vive Studio in Glasgow.
Combining gentle, restorative yoga with guided facial cupping and self-massage, this nourishing afternoon offers an opportunity to release everyday tension, settle your mind and discover practical techniques to bring into your own self-care routine.
Whether you're carrying tension in your jaw, face, neck or shoulders, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, or simply craving a little time for yourself, you're warmly invited.
What to expect
Restorative yoga with Andra
Settle into gentle, supported yoga postures using blankets, cushions and props. Guided breathing and moments of stillness will encourage you to soften, unwind and find comfort in your body. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Facial cupping and self-massage with Anny
Discover the art of gentle facial massage using silicone cups and your own hands. Anny will guide you through simple, accessible techniques for the face, jaw, forehead and neck, with a particular focus on easing the feeling of everyday muscular tension.
You'll learn how to use facial cups carefully, with appropriate pressure and movement, and when cupping may not be suitable.
A little seasonal nourishment
We'll welcome you with warming herbal tea and time to settle into our peaceful studio environment.
Our intention is to create a space where you can switch off from external demands and reconnect with yourself.
What you'll leave with
- A calming experience of supported movement and guided self-care.
- Practical facial massage and relaxation techniques you can revisit at home.
- A simple take-home self-care guide.
- New ideas for building small, meaningful moments of wellbeing into everyday life.
