You’ll work on four practical assets:

2. Lead Response Draft System

Build reusable response templates for common inquiries, missed calls, website leads, and after-hours messages.

3. Follow-Up Sequence

Draft a simple three-step follow-up sequence for estimates, proposals, or unanswered inquiries.

4. Local Content Workflow

Create reusable prompts for social posts, email updates, FAQs, and review-request drafts.

The workshop focuses on draft workflows and reusable templates, not production-ready automation.

No code is required.

No customer list, passwords, payment data, confidential client information, health data, or other sensitive information should be entered into workshop tools.
