In this two-hour practical masterclass, we fix that. I'll map the AI tools worth your attention right now, explain what an AI agent actually is with real examples from small businesses, and then we turn it all onto your work.

What we'll do together

• Map the tools simply: what each one is good for, and which ones you can safely ignore
• Agents in plain language: what they are, what they do in a real business, and whether you need one yet
• Try it live: run one of your own tasks through
• Choose one next step for this week, sized to your business

• A clear understanding of where we are at with AI and what it can (and can't) do for us
• One real task you've already tried with AI
• A plain-language grip on tools and agents, so the conversation stops sounding like a foreign language

About Rafaela

Rafaela Buena teaches non-technical people and teams how to make AI genuinely useful.
