Sunrise Beach Yoga and Sound bath

Some mornings change your whole day.

Before the city wakes up, before the noise begins : there's just you, the soft sand, the salt air, and the sun rising over the water.

Come move, breathe, and be held by the sound of the waves.

We'll flow together to release what we're carrying, open what feels tight, and return to a quiet, clear mind.

We close lying back on the sand with a brief sound bath, letting the vibrations wash over you while the sky turns gold.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded and more like yourself.

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

What to bring:

• Your own Yoga Mat or a long beach towel.
• Water

Come for the sunrise, stay for the calm.

Facilitated by Elisa, founder of Yogalifemore.

Elisa is registered Yoga instructor, Sound practictioner, Meditation & Breathwork facilitator and also a certified Neuroscience coach. She believes in the transformative power of Yoga to heal and uplift individuals, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and others.
