Steep & Sweat: A Ceremonial Tea Event and Sauna Sit

A monthly ceremonial tea event and sauna sit designed to help you reset, restore, and recalibrate. Hosted each second Tuesday of the month.

Most of our days move fast. A tea ceremony offers the opposite: unhurried time to sit, breathe, and be fully present. Join us for a ceremony rooted in shared tea, presence, and connection.

From the stillness of tea, transition into the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing cold plunge. An invitation to reset, restore, and reconnect through the ritual of contrast therapy.

Hosted each second Tuesday of the month by Balanced Root Apothecary + Garden Sauna Denver, with ceremonial tea sits provided by Living Tea, this experiencial series is the perfect montly offering to ground into your body and build community.

We offer three time slots at 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm.

Ceremonial tea sits will span over an hour, with the option to follow with an additional hour of sauna and contrast therapy (cold plunge). If you prefer to partake only in the tea pouring, there is a reduced ticket option available at checkout.

Please note that we can only issue refunds if notice is given more than 48 hours prior to the start of any workshop event. This ensures other community members have access to our events and ensures fair compensation to our teachers for their time and efforts in sharing their valuable knowledge with the community. If you are unable to attend an event last minute, we encourage you to pay it forward and offer your ticket to a friend or community member! Please contact us directly with any refund inquiries.
