For one night, Cheval Blanc makes an exception.
Château Cheval Blanc is one of the great names of Saint-Émilion, and a glass of it is a rare thing. On Wednesday 4 November, we're pouring two vintages of it, 2011 and 2014, one glass at a time, alongside the other wines of the estate.
HOW IT WORKS
This is an open wine evening, not a seated dinner. Come in whenever you like between 18:30 and 22:30. Your first glass, Cheval des Andes, is on the house, offered by the estate. From there, you taste what you like, at your own pace. Every wine is poured in Zalto glassware, and Trésor Vets and his team will walk you through each one. The kitchen of August takes care of the bar bites.
