A monthly 4-seat omakase with kaiseki elements with Chef Travis, who brings Kyoto influence from his mentors into this seasonal menu.
$175 per person. Monthly changes to the courses by seasonal availability. Traditional fish and technique from a former Otoko chef. Because fish are flown in from Tokyo, reservations must be altered 1 week ahead. Please notify us of dietary restrictions in advance. $100 for reservation hold.
