Join Mike Boughton of William Grant and Sons and house whiskey expert CJ Kelly in the Rec Room's Private Dining Room for an evening of tasting, learning, trying, and experiencing multiple varietals of the scotch favorite Glenfiddich. The ticket includes a welcome cocktail, three whiskies to taste, and a plated dinner.

- Herb-Crusted Pork Loin with a Fig and Apple Chutney
- Wild Mushroom and Spinach Risotto
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Artichoke Hearts with Balsamic Glaze
- Baby Arugula Salad with Mission figs, Prosciutto, Bleu Cheese Crumble, and Almond Slivers with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
