Join Shawna Pops, Founder of Seductive Approach®, for an empowering heels dance experience designed to help you build confidence, explore sensuality, and connect with your body through movement.

Whether you’re new to dancing in heels or have some experience, this class invites you to step outside your comfort zone, express yourself, and move with purpose and confidence in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

👠 What to Expect
During this 90-minute experience, you can look forward to:

✨Across-the-floor warm-ups in heels
✨Exploring sensual movement and body awareness

✨Practicing seductive floorwork
✨Learning empowering choreography
✨Building confidence, strength, and stage presence

This is your opportunity to let go, embrace your individuality, and experience the confidence that comes from moving unapologetically as yourself.

All levels are welcome! This is an adult heels dance class designed for beginner and intermediate dancers. Come ready to learn, have fun, and challenge yourself at your own pace.

👠 What to Bring
Please come prepared with:

● Heels with ankle support
● Knee pads
● A water bottle
● A positive attitude and an open mind

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely and feel confident. Choose an outfit that makes you feel good while allowing you to participate safely.

🚗 Parking & Arrival Information
Please plan ahead for parking! Public parking is available in the surrounding area. Parking availability may vary, so we recommend allowing extra time to locate a spot and walk to the studio.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins, by 7:15 PM, to allow time to park, enter the studio, get settled, and prepare for class.

Class begins promptly at 7:30 PM, so arriving early will help you start the experience feeling relaxed and ready to move.

Shawna Pops is the Founder of Seductive Approach®, established in Los Angeles, with over 10 years of experience in dance instruction and choreography. Her approach encourages women to embrace their femininity, develop confidence, and discover the power of sensual movement.
