MSU vs U of M 28th Annual Urban Tailgate Watch Party

The University of Michigan Black Alumni and Michigan State University Black Alumni Detroit Chapters join forces for the 28th annual Scholarship Fundraiser: The Urban Tailgate Watch Party at the Bert's Marketplace Entertainment Center This is a 21+ event.

Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026

Time: Kick off - TBD

Location: The Spacious Bert's Marketplace Entertainment Complex

Parking: Street Parking and Parking Lot (free)

Here are just a few of the highlights you can expect:

• General admission ($50). Tables ($500) Limited number of booths that sit six ($350)
• Everyone can flow wherever you like
• Additional indoor and outdoor open seating
• Free Tailgate Food (while it lasts)
• Full cash bar and menu
• Tickets are higher at the door- This is a cashless event
• All ticket sales are final — no refunds will be issued. Additional Eventbrite processing fees apply at checkout.
• We reserve the right to amend the seating chart in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
