The Art of Everyday Deal Making - Everything is a negotiation

Overview

Be Bold and Qlik invite you to an inspiring evening dedicated to The Art of Everyday Deal Making, hosted at Qlik's offices by the Barcelona beachfront.

Negotiation isn't just about closing deals or signing contracts. In tech, it happens every day: when pitching a new idea, securing resources, navigating competing priorities, or getting stakeholders on board.

Every conversation is an opportunity to influence, align, and lead.

During this panel, inspiring women leaders will share their personal experiences, challenges, and practical strategies for navigating everyday negotiations and turning alignment into meaningful impact.

Together, we'll explore how to build influence without formal authority, secure buy-in for bold ideas, and turn everyday conversations into opportunities for leadership and career growth.

This two-hour event is designed to spark honest conversations, fresh perspectives, and actionable insights for women navigating their careers in tech.

Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the Be Bold community, exchange experiences, and enjoy drinks and networking at Qlik's offices, just steps away from the beach.
