IASH's Authentic Leadership workshop gives managers space to examine how their values, emotions and everyday interactions affect the people they lead and the achievable business results.

Through guided reflection, real-world scenarios and group activities, participants will practise how to:

• Lead from their core values

• Manage emotional triggers under pressure

• Handle disagreement with perspective and empathy

• Communicate honestly while building trust

Facilitated by IASH counsellors and corporate trainers, this full-day workshop includes a personal workbook and a practical commitment to bring the learning back to work.
