Inspired by the warmth and charm of a European winter retreat, The Chalet offers a cozy setting for date nights, festive gatherings, and memorable evenings with family and friends.

THE FONDUE EXPERIENCE

Gather around the table and enjoy a curated, multi-course fondue experience designed for sharing. The menu features a cheese course, a mountain board, and dessert. Cocktails and additional beverages will be available for purchase to complement your meal.

European Seating for Two
Enjoy an intimate European-style fondue experience at your own table for two inside one of The Chalet's conservatories. This seating option brings back the easy conversation and warm, communal atmosphere guests loved about previous years of The Chalet, with three individual tables arranged within one conservatory.

$200 food and beverage minimum.

Small Conservatory
A cozy conservatory setting accommodating up to 6 guests.
$300 food and beverage minimum.

Large Conservatory
A spacious conservatory setting accommodating up to 8 guests.
$400 food and beverage minimum.

Food and beverage minimums apply per reservation and exclude tax and service charge. Food and beverage purchases, including cocktails and additional beverages, contribute toward the applicable minimum.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

Each reservation is for a two-hour dining experience. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled seating time to allow for the next reservation.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be credited toward your final food and beverage bill.

Food and beverage minimums apply per reservation, not per person, and vary based on the selected seating.

Cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please review the applicable cancellation policy before booking.

Each conservatory reservation includes a food and beverage minimum, which varies by seating option. A $100 deposit is collected at booking and applied toward your final bill.

The Chalet's fondue menu is $99 per person, with food and beverage purchases counting toward your conservatory's minimum. Optional lobster and filet upgrades are also available to enhance your experience.
