Question 1

Do I need a booth or table?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no venue, booth, or table. You interview candidates in person at your address, on JobFairX video, or by phone.

Question 2

How does candidate matching and interviewing work?

Accepted Answer

Once you post your open jobs, candidate matching activates immediately and you will start receiving interview requests within a few hours. You'll receive a notification for each request and a summary email every morning at 9:00 AM. You can review candidate résumés before accepting or declining.

Question 3

How many interviews can I expect?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan. Starter employers (1 job per event) average around 20 interviews. Growth employers (up to 3 jobs) average around 60. Pro employers (up to 6 jobs) typically see 100+.

Question 4

Are candidates local to the city where the event is held?

Accepted Answer

Yes, candidates are verified to be within approximately 20 miles of the event city, so you’re connecting with local, relevant talent.

Question 5

How are candidates sourced?

Accepted Answer

JobFairX has a database of more than 3 million job seekers, with over 2,200 new registrations each day. Candidates register for specific events by city and date. Once you post your jobs, we match your roles with registered candidates and invite qualified matches to request an interview.

Question 6

What happens after I register?

Accepted Answer

You receive a welcome message from JobFairX with a link to your dashboard. There you post your jobs and set your interview settings. Candidate matching is activated automatically.
