Glass in Session kicks off the fall season with Punkin!, a hands-on exploration of one of autumn’s most recognizable flavors and all the unexpected ways it can show up in a cocktail.

Join BoozeBruvas for an interactive cocktail class that goes beyond simply following a recipe. You’ll taste your way through spirit education and make two signature cocktails while learning about the featured spirits, complementary flavors, balance, technique, and presentation. Along the way, we’ll explore how pumpkin can work with unexpected ingredients to create cocktails that are seasonal without being predictable.

This session explores fun themed cocktails, using unexpected ingredients, creative techniques and dramatic presentation to create drinks that look as intriguing as they taste. Guests can expect playful tricks, delicious treats, Halloween-inspired bites and plenty of inspiration for bringing a little cocktail theater to their own celebrations.

Autumn Spoice- Sunday, November 8, 2026 (1:30 pm - 3:30 pm) Not everything fall has to taste like pumpkin. Autumn Spice explores the flavors and aromas that give the season its warmth, from baking spices and herbs to fruit, aromatics and other seasonal ingredients

Friendssipping - Wednesday, November 18 (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm) Friendsgiving gets a cocktail upgrade. Gather your favorite people for an evening centered around good drinks, good food and even better company. Guests will explore cocktails inspired by the flavors of the Thanksgiving table while enjoying playful takes on traditional holiday nosh.
