Nevada Entrepreneurial Artist Toolkit

Every artist reaches a moment when passion meets possibility — when it’s time to build a creative business that supports and elevates their work. This free evening workshop demystifies that process with a practical, artist-first approach. Together, we’ll explore the real-world decisions artists face:

• Should you form a legal business at all?
• Which structure best fits your artistic practice?
• How do you know when it’s time to make the leap?
• Participants will walk away with clear, accessible legal insights they can use immediately and as their careers grow.

This workshop is presented by student attorneys from the Community Business Clinic at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, in collaboration with the city of Las Vegas, Nevada Arts Council, Southern Nevada Arts Coalition and 18b. It is part of NEAT, a free education series empowering Southern Nevada artists with the legal and business knowledge their work deserves.
