Soleties Women's Wellness is back, and we saved you a spot on the mat.
This October, we're gathering on the POST Skylawn for Pink Out Pilates, an evening of movement, connection, and purpose in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As the sun sets over Houston, we'll flow together through a guided Pilates class built for every body and every level.

Why we're gathering
Breast cancer has touched so many of us. Our mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and some of us in this very circle. Pink Out Pilates is our way of showing up for one another.
As the sun goes down, we'll pause together for a sunset moment of remembrance to honor the lives lost and the lives forever changed by breast cancer. Whether you're a survivor, a supporter, a caregiver, or simply a woman who believes in the power of sisterhood, there is room for you here.

What to expect

• A sunset moment of remembrance and reflection
• Time to connect with women who are rooting for you
• Local wellness vendors and women-focused brands
• A sea of pink, so wear yours proudly

This event is free, but space is limited, so please RSVP to save your spot. If you'd like to give, you can add an optional donation when you register.
