Join us for a unique and fun-filled opportunity to get up close and personal with our friendly kangaroos in a calm, comfortable setting. This experience allows you exclusive time to meet, hand feed, and take photos with our adorable kangaroos, while learning about their behavior, habits, and the incredible anatomy of these amazing animals.

Our Roo-Keepers will guide you through this 45 minute experience, sharing fun facts and answering your questions as you interact with these curious marsupials. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning guest, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to create lasting memories while connecting with kangaroos in a safe, supportive environment.

Important Details:

Doors will OPEN 15 minutes prior to your scheduled interaction and will be LOCKED 10 minutes after the start time. Please arrive early to check in and complete waivers, as late entry may not be permitted.

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paid, ticketed adult (21+).

Due to the layout of our studio, viewing is not permitted without a ticket.

We are fully licensed as a Private Zoological Facility at the federal, Colorado state, county, and local levels, and we work directly with the City of Wheat Ridge to provide safe, compliant, and unforgettable experiences with our kangaroos.

Our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to animal welfare, conservation, guest safety, and education. We strive to provide meaningful, up-close encounters that inspire connection, curiosity, and respect for animals, while educating guests on responsible animal care, conservation efforts, and the broader animal industries. Through these one-of-a-kind experiences, we aim to create thoughtful connections and a lasting impact that supports both people and wildlife.

Refund & Transfer Policy (effective for any tickets booked on or after October 21, 2026).

Our experiences are non-refundable. This policy reflects our deep responsibility to the animals in our care. Each booking supports their daily care, veterinary needs, and lifelong well-being. With intentionally small groups, last-minute cancellations leave limited opportunity to fill reserved spaces and can affect the income we rely on to meet those commitments.

We aim to offer flexibility through the following transfer options:

• At least 7 days before your scheduled experience: Transfer to another available date at no charge, or transfer the full value of your booking to a gift card valid for 12 months from your original scheduled experience date.
• Less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience: Transfers may be available for a $25 transfer fee per ticket, subject to availability.
• Within 48 hours of your scheduled experience: No changes or transfers can be made.

Transfers to a higher-priced experience require payment of the price difference. All transfers require confirmation from our team; submitting a request does not change your booking.

Late arrivals and missed experiences are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Late arrival may shorten your experience or prevent admission.

We understand that emergencies happen and will consider special requests individually. Exceptions are at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
