Grow + Gather Greenhouse Mat Pilates w/ Christina

This will be a 60 minute refreshing donation based mat Pilates class set inside of the beautiful greenhouse at Grow + Gather, surrounded by natural light and lush greenery. This is an all-levels, beginner friendly class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and connect with your body through mindful movement.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have an established practice, you’ll feel right at home. Foundational exercises and clear guidance make the class accessible for beginners, while optional progressions and added challenges allow more experienced participants to deepen their practice.
