Meet Your Instructor: Shyrlei Alves

Originally from Brazil, Shyrlei Alves is a Brazilian dance artist, instructor, and choreographer with more than 15 years of international experience. After working professionally in the Czech Republic for many years, she brought her passion for Brazilian dance and movement to Miami.

Her classes celebrate the joy, energy, and richness of Brazilian culture while creating a welcoming environment for women of all ages and dance backgrounds.

For Shyrlei, dance isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling alive, confident, and free to express yourself with joy.
