At BEE Club, we believe leadership isn't reserved for adulthood. Our girls are already finding their voices, taking responsibility, creating change, and earning their stripes through real leadership experiences.

She Earned Her Stripes brings these generations together to celebrate how far they've come, recognize the leaders they're becoming, and invest in the opportunities that will shape what comes next.

Built With the Girls, Not Just for Them

Before planning this year's Mixer, we asked BEE Club members and Peer Leaders what they wanted from an experience with women professionals.

They told us who they want to meet: women in medicine and healthcare, business and entrepreneurship, law, sports, technology and engineering, science, communications, government, the arts, finance, and more.

They told us what they want to talk about: college, internships, and first jobs; turning interests into opportunities; money and financial independence; confidence; and handling setbacks and rejection.

And they told us how they want to connect: through mentorship, small-group conversations, career meet-and-greets, and real questions.

Those are the conversations we're building this year's Mixer around. Girls are helping lead the afternoon, too.

Why Your Presence Matters

Since 2013, BEE Club has served more than 850 girls, and more than 240 have served in BEE Club leadership roles.

But our impact is about more than numbers. It's about what happens when girls have the space, support, and opportunity to discover what they're capable of and practice leading before adulthood.

Every ticket helps sustain the experiences, relationships, and opportunities that prepare girls to lead in college, careers, and their communities.

• General Admission | $13: •Celebrate 13 years with us. Funds a month of one girl's leadership supplies and refreshments. Includes event admission, a spot in our BEEYOND Connections networking game, and a digital thank-you.
• Hive | $169: Helps fund one girl's leadership supplies and refreshments for the full year. Includes 2 seats; early access at 10:30 a.m. with a live DJ set, refreshments, and networking; your name on the Hive digital donor wall; and recognition in our FY27 impact report.
• 13th Birthday Sponsor | $308: Helps funds a full year of leadership supplies and refreshments for two girls. Includes everything in Hive, plus your name on the 13th Birthday Stripes Wall at the Mixer and a handwritten thank-you card from a Peer Leader. Purchase by November 1 to appear on the wall.
• Vendor Expo Sponsor | $1,000: Reserves a table at the She Earned Her Stripes Mixer vendor expo to showcase your business to our guests, with proceeds supporting the chapter’s leadership programs. Includes 2 seats; early access at 10:30 a.m. with a live DJ set, refreshments, and networking; and recognition in the event program, slide deck, and BEE Club social media. Purchase by November 1 for printed recognition. Limited to 4.
• Impact | $1,500: Helps fund one girl’s full year in the BEEYOND Leaders Program. Includes a reserved table for 2 hosted by a Peer Leader; early access at 10:30 a.m. with a live DJ set, refreshments, and networking; your name or business in the event program and slide deck; an invitation to visit a spring Peer Leadership Lab; a personal letter from our Sister Keeper; and a personal thank-you call from our Founder & CEO. • Vision Sponsor | $5,000: Sponsors the She Earned Her Stripes Mixer experience for the chapter. Includes a reserved table for 4 hosted by a Peer Leader; early access at 10:30 a.m. with a live DJ set, refreshments, and networking; reserved seating at the fireside chat and an invitation to submit questions for our featured guest in advance; your name or logo on event signage, in the event program and slide deck, and in press and website recognition; recognition from the stage; the opportunity to open or close the program; an invitation to visit a spring Peer Leadership Lab; personal letters from our Chapter President and an active BEE Club member; and a personal thank-you call from our Founder & CEO. Tax Information

BEE Club Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The estimated fair market value of the goods and services provided with each seat (food, beverages, and event space) is $45. The amount you pay above that value may be tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor.

• General Admission ($13, 1 seat): The ticket price is below the estimated value received ($45), so no portion is tax-deductible.
• Hive ($169, 2 seats): Estimated value received is $90. Your estimated tax-deductible amount is $79.
• 13th Birthday Sponsor ($308, 2 seats): Estimated value received is $90. Your estimated tax-deductible amount is $218.
• Impact ($1,500, 2 seats): Estimated value received is $90. Your estimated tax-deductible amount is $1,410.
• Vendor Expo Sponsor ($1,000, 2 seats): Estimated value received is $90 for the two seats, plus the value of the expo table. Please consult your tax advisor on the deductible amount.
• Vision Sponsor ($5,000, 4 seats): Estimated value received is $180. Your estimated tax-deductible amount is $4,820.

Recognition perks, such as donor wall listings, thank-you notes, and program mentions, have no added market value.

Who Should Attend?

Women professionals, entrepreneurs, BEE Club alumnae, community leaders, mentors, corporate and nonprofit partners, and anyone ready to invest time, relationships, or resources in girls' leadership.

You don't need an existing connection to BEE Club. The Mixer is one of the best ways to meet our girls and see our work.

Women working in fields our girls specifically requested are especially encouraged to join us.

Men who champion girls’ leadership are welcome as allies and sponsors.

Our girls told us mentorship and career shadowing are among the ways they most want to connect with women professionals.

If you'd like your involvement to continue after November 14, let us know when you register.

Options include mentorship, career shadowing, guest speaking, company visits, workshops, internships and work-based learning, professional introductions, and sponsorship. Expressing interest isn't a commitment. It simply keeps the conversation going.
