Neighborhood Developer Meetup

Do the Things that Matter! is a campaign focused on community revitalization through advocacy of ownership and responsible use of real estate. The campaign is administered by The 3rd Ward Real Estate Council.

Anyone interested in leveraging real estate for community development is invited to attend. There is space for everyone and plenty to do regardless of your experience level. Third Ward residents and all other lovers of responsible development welcome.

In this upcoming session, we will share a recap of our previous Lost Spaces conference, highlighting key takeaways and sharing what you may have missed if you couldn't attend. Our primary focus will be on Emancipation Avenue, and we are actively seeking individuals who are open to investing, advocating, or attending dedicated meetings for Emancipation Avenue, as well as creatives who want to contribute ideas or provide feedback on what is needed in the area.

Whether you're interested in advocacy and storytelling, innovative design & finance for community-driven development, or building tools & resources for community revitalization, there is a role for you. Plus, get the latest updates on available funding for lot activation and missing middle housing.
