Participants will:
- Explore the difference between presentation, shadow, and authentic self
- Identify personal "dark shadow" and "golden shadow" traits
- Practice embodying hidden aspects of themselves through movement and play
- Build comfort with vulnerability and relational performance
- Create a final embodied piece or ensemble choreography that integrates multiple aspects of self
