Let Heaven and Nature Sing

Note: This event listing is for the Newton (12/6 Sunday afternoon) Jameson Singers Concert. For tickets to the Cambridge (12/5 Saturday evening) concert, please use this event link.

Please join the Jameson Singers for Let Heaven and Nature Sing, an uplifting celebration of the meeting of angels and people, heaven and earth. Featured works include European Renaissance anthems and contemporary American folk tunes, such as Hosanna to the Son of David (Orlando Gibbons) and Hark, I Hear the Harps Eternal (Alice Parker). Seasonal favorites, including Ding Dong! Merrily on High; Infant Holy, Infant Lowly; and Ma’oz Tzur deepen the transcendent conversation, completed by intensely inspiring works by J.S. Bach (Vom Himmel hoch) and Franz Biebl (Ave Maria).
