Join us Saturday, November 14th, at Sweat Equity for Emo Pilates & Yoga a nostalgic, high-energy fitness experience where angsty anthems meet intentional movement, and your favorite emo tracks become the soundtrack to your sweat session.
Co-led by Desiree (@MindBodySoulDez) and Katie (@PilatesKatieXO), we’re bringing you a blend of Pilates, yoga, and movement that will challenge your body, clear your head, and let you feel all the things. With special guest DJ @YouFoundMachi, known in the emo community spinning the soundtracks, expect the songs you grew up with, the lyrics you still know by heart, and the kind of energy that makes you want to scream-sing between reps.
Whether you were scene, emo, pop-punk, punk, or just a little emotionally complicated, this one's for you.
